Also known being part of the merger of Stacks and Bowers, Greg Roberts recounted his time there and how the auction business has grown.
Greg Roberts got his start like many other coin collectors, when a family member introduced him to numismatics. “My uncle let me search for the key dates of cents with him, which got me interested,” he said. “I was fortunate to be around when silver had a run in ‘77 or ‘78. I bought silver half dollars for 50 cents and made a profit on them!”
