Offered in this lot is a WWI propaganda poster for the Victory Liberty Loan campaign in 1919 featured an allegorical female figure of America (one of the artist's famous 'Christy Girls') holding a wreath over a list of surnames labeled 'Honor Roll,' emphasizing with the diversity of names that all Americans should donate regardless of their ethnicity. A restored poster with bright color and a clean overall appearance. Prior to linenbacking it had a small tear in the lower right edge, but no touchup or airbrushing has been applied. A poster graded Very Fine+ may still be on Linen, but this is the highest grade allowed for a poster in this state. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades.
