• The Silver Peace Dollar was struck from 1921 to 1928 and then once again in 1934 and 1935
• From 1929 to 1933, the Peace Dollar was not struck
• This historic hiatus was necessary due to the Stock Market Crash
• This example comes from the first year that the Silver Peace Dollar was struck after that hiatus
• Condition Rarity: Significantly less than 1% of the entire mintage is graded in Choice Mint State 63 condition
• Condition Rarity occurs when few coins survive in high grades making them difficult to find
