Colleen's Snack Recipe of the Week:
Caramel Corn
Ingredients
2/3 popcorn kernels
1 c brown sugar
¼ c Karo white syrup
½ c butter
½ teas salt
1 teas baking soda

Directions
Pop popcorn and spread out in large pan
Add brown sugar, karo syrup, butter and salt in sauce pan and bring to boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Turn off heat and add baking soda. Mix well and immediately pour over popped popcorn. Stir to coat evenly and place popcorn pan in oven.
Bake for 40 minutes at 250 – stir after 20 minutes to evenly coat caramel.
