The obverse features Liberty`s profile wearing a Greek cap with the word LIBERTY on her hair band. To the left are seven stars and another six are to the right, 13 in total to represent the first thirteen colonies. The reverse side features a Bald Eagle containing seven tail feathers and wings outstretched with a small wreath surrounding it.
