Description
The Lincoln Cent, designed by Victor David Brenner, began its mintage in 1909 and continues to be minted to this day. For the first 49 years of mintage the Lincoln Cent showcased the Wheat Ears reverse, which is a favorite among numismatists. All fifty of these 1955 Lincoln Cents were struck at the San Francisco Mint and have been graded in Mint State 66 Red condition.
