Set of 3: 1976-S Silver Bicentennial Set PCGS PR69 DCAM ECC - Coins
In 1975 and 1976, the United States Mint released special issues of the Washington Quarter, Kennedy Half Dollar, and the Eisenhower Dollar to celebrate the American Bicentennial. These coins are each dated “1776-1976” to celebrate the year that America signed the Declaration of Independence as well as the country’s 200 year anniversary. These limited production designs were only struck in 1975 and 1976, making them a unique addition to any collection. Compared to their clad counterparts, these silver issues of the bicentennial coinage have significantly lower mintages. Each of these three issues have Proof 69 DCAM populations significantly under 1% of their total mintage. In addition, these coins have been given Rick Tomaska’s ECC seal of approval, indicating that Rick Tomaska has personally inspected each coin and found them to have the greatest cameo contrast for their grade.
