The Franklin Half Dollar, designed by John R. Sinnock, was minted from 1948 to 1963. Proof issues of the Franklin Half Dollar would not comment until two years later in 1950. The 11 issues included in this set make up over half of the entire series of Proof Franklin Half Dollars, and each one is graded in Proof 67 Cameo condition. Each coin in this set has tremendous Condition Rarity as their Proof 67 Cameo populations are under 1% of their respective mintages. Recognizing their rarity and beauty, each coin will come with the NGC exclusive “We The People” holder which is a collaborative effort between Rick Tomaska and NGC.
