This original, hand drawn picture is from Walt Disney Productions’ iconic 1959 film titled “Sleeping Beauty.” This 15 x 12 drawing depicts Prince Philip as he grabs the hand of Briar Rose. In the scene that this drawing was used for, Prince Philip and Briar Rose had coincidentally met for the first time in the middle of the forest. During this scene they sing the famous song “An Unusual Prince/Once Upon a Dream.” This still is taken from the final moments of Prince Phillips and Prince Aurora’s first dance. In order to guaranty that this is an authentic Disney drawing, the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) has encapsulated this drawing and labeled it as “Genuine.”
