2020-W WWII Privy Mark American Silver Eagle PF70 UCAM FDI Reagan Mercanti Label
The American Silver Eagle, designed by John Mercanti, began mintage in 1986 and continues to be minted to this day. In 2020, the West Point Mint specially struck 75,000 examples of the WWI 75th Anniversary American Silver Eagle. What sets this series apart from other ASEs is the V75 privy mark on the obverse of the coin. This example has been graded in Proof 70 Ultra Cameo condition with First Day of Issue certification. Out of all 2020-W WWII 75th Anniversary American Silver Eagles, only 337 have been graded in PF70 UCAM FDI by NGC with no finer known examples. With such a low mintage and FDI grading, this coin is an Absolute Rarity and will only grow more valuable with time.
