Coming from such a miniscule mintage, this coin is considered an Absolute Rarity. This example has been graded in Proof 67 Ultra Cameo condition. Out of all 1951-P proof Franklin Half Dollars, only 12 have been graded in PF67 UCAM condition with only 2 finer known examples. With so few examples graded higher than this one, this stunning coin is not only a Condition Rarity, but is also among the finest known examples of the issue.
