The Carson City Mint only struck Seated Liberty Dollars in the final four years of issue and with extremely low mintages. Just 2,300 examples of the 1873-CC issue were produced with just 10 surviving in Mint State at all! This 1873-CC Seated Liberty Dollar is one of only 5 graded in MS61 condition with just 4 graded higher. With such a low mintage and population, this coin is not only an Absolute and Condition Rarity, but also one of the finest known of the issue.
