Description
The Lincoln Cent, designed by Victor David Brenner, began its mintage in 1909 and continues to be minted to this day. This specific example was struck at the San Francisco Mint in 1955 and has been graded in Mint State 67 Red condition. Out of all 1955-S Lincoln Cents struck, significantly less than 1% have been graded in MS67 RD condition with just 65 examples graded higher. With such a low MS67 RD population and so few graded higher, this 1955-S Lincoln Cent is a tremendous Condition Rarity.
