Description
- The Morgan Silver Dollar was minted from 1878 to 1921
- Graded in stunning Mint State 62 condition
- The GSA Hoard, uncovered by the US Mint in the 1970s, revealed many Morgan Silver Dollars that had not been seen in decades
- The 1882 O/O Variety was created when the mintmark was punched by hand and misaligned
- Only 1,426 examples of the 1882-O are known with the O/O Variety
- Just 18 of those examples come from the illustrious GSA Hoard
- This is one of only 4 examples identified with O over O Variety and housed in the original GSA hard plastic packaging just as it was when it was auctioned off
